An award-winning studio whose work spoke for itself — and a website that did not.
The studio had a portfolio most architecture practices would envy — commercial interiors, offices, and residential work with a distinctly cinematic quality. What they did not have was a digital presence that read at the same level.
The existing site treated projects as a list. Everything that made the work compelling — light, material, scale, atmosphere — was compressed into thumbnails.
We rebuilt the site around the photography rather than around a navigation structure. Full-bleed imagery, a dark editorial palette, and wide-tracked serif capitals that let each project open like a spread rather than a database record.
The CMS was assembled specifically for how this studio works: every project page composes from a set of layout blocks, so a new commission can be published without a developer and without the layout collapsing into a template.
The rebuilt digital presence became part of the studio's own award submission, and the JFM Furniture office project went on to win the European Property Awards 2020–2021.
