The brief

Biernat competes for contracts in a market where the deciding factor is not price but Zuverlässigkeit — dependability, evidenced rather than claimed. Their German-speaking customers were evaluating a company they had never visited.

The site needed to carry three languages without feeling like a translation of a Polish original, and it needed to make three decades of operational history legible in about fifteen seconds.

What we built

A fully custom trilingual build with German as the primary language rather than an afterthought. Fleet specifications, load capacities, and route coverage were given the same design weight as the hero imagery, because that is what a freight buyer actually reads.

Operational proof — years in service, driver count, vehicles available — was pulled forward into the page structure instead of being buried in an about section.

Outcome

Biernat now presents to DACH buyers as a European operator rather than a regional subcontractor, with the same credibility signals a German competitor would put forward.
