EANM serves a membership spread across dozens of countries — clinicians, researchers, technologists, and industry partners, each arriving with entirely different intent. Guidelines, congress information, education, membership administration, and publications all had to coexist without any one audience having to navigate around the others.

The volume of content was the constraint. This is a platform measured in thousands of pages, maintained by a distributed team rather than a single editor.

We designed the content architecture first and the interface second. Sections were structured so that a specialist looking for a clinical guideline and a member renewing their subscription follow entirely separate paths from the first click.

The editorial back end was built for non-technical maintainers working in parallel across different sections, which is what makes the platform sustainable years after launch.
