A property portfolio presented as a filterable inventory rather than a brochure.
Space4Logistics places warehouse and industrial space for FMCG operators, e-commerce businesses, and logistics companies. Their enquiries arrive with hard parameters — floor area, ceiling height, dock count, region — and a brochure site cannot answer any of them.
We built the site around a property inventory instead of around pages. Each object carries its own technical specification, and the search surfaces those parameters first, so a visitor can qualify a site before ever picking up the phone.
Aerial photography does the persuading; the specification does the converting. Keeping those two jobs separate is most of the design decision.
